The Professional Development program begins with the exploration of talents, abilities, interests and multiple intelligences. Formally, from 9th grade onwards, support is given in career-related decision-making, allowing students to travel a path of self-knowledge of their occupational interests, aptitudes and personality characteristics, which allows them to give meaning to their strengths and skills in building a meaningful life project.
Young students and their families receive individual support for choosing a career, as well as for the process of applying to universities in Colombia and abroad. They also participate in group activities such as workshops, professional fairs with former students, meetings with national and foreign universities, and talks on current issues related to Higher Education.
